I don't normally leave reviews, but Harry from Refined Exterior Cleaning genuinely deserves one. I got a few quotes and was pretty careful about who I went with. Harry came in with the most reasonable price, and I couldn't be happier that I chose him. He cleaned the outside of my rental property in Oak Park before it went on the market, and the difference was unbelievable. The place looked fresh, clean and really well presented. It made a massive difference to the overall street appeal during the sales campaign, it helped us achieve such a great result. What I appreciated most was that Harry did exactly what he said he was going to do. No excuses, no shortcuts, just turned up, worked hard and took real pride in the job. It's pretty rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares about the quality of their work. From now on, Harry is my go-to guy for exterior cleaning. Harry applied a soft wash solution to our double storey house to remove moss and algae over time.  I did not want water getting into my roof from pressure cleaning and dealing with broken tiles down the track. Harry did an excellent job. He completed soaked all roof tiles without getting on the roof. Harry is very professional, takes pride in his work and has excellent communication skills. He explained the entire process and at the end supplied photos and videos of the work undertaken. I highly recommend Harry and I would not consider using any other company. Harry was a pleasure to deal with- great communication particularly with the inclement weather this week. Harry just completed a pre-sale house cleaning our property. He is a nice guy that has reasonable prices but most importantly the end results were exceptional.
